This website
NeuraScale is Omar G. Nagy’s product engineering practice. This page describes this website’s inquiries, booking requests, email and analytics. Individual client engagements and product accounts can involve separate data handling, agreed in their own context.
Inquiries and booking requests
We use the details you submit, such as your name, email, company, project description, service interest, budget and preferred time, to review and respond to your request. The site is hosted on Vercel and stores lead and booking information in Supabase. It also records request information such as referral data, user agent and, for inquiry abuse prevention, an IP-derived hash.
Email and Telegram can be used to acknowledge requests and notify Omar. A submitted request or acknowledgement does not itself confirm a meeting. Follow the status shown in the booking flow and the confirmation you receive.
AI-assisted inquiry review
When AI-assisted review is used, inquiry details including contact information and your project description may be sent to Anthropic to prepare a qualification summary or reply draft for human review. This is a conditional processing path, rather than a promise that every request is reviewed by AI. Keep passwords, API keys, confidential client material and sensitive personal information out of these forms.
Email, downloads and newsletters
Email content and delivery requests are held in the site’s Supabase email queue. Delivery uses Zoho Mail or a configured SMTP service. Download and newsletter forms use your email for the requested material and subscription flow; follow the confirmation and unsubscribe instructions provided. An email being queued is distinct from confirmation that it reached your inbox.
Site analytics
First-party analytics and Google Analytics 4 start when you visit. First-party analytics uses a visitor identifier in local storage and a session identifier in session storage to relate visits and interactions. The site stores page and event data, referral and campaign information, device and user-agent information, approximate location derived from request metadata, and performance measurements in Supabase.
The local visitor identifier remains in browser storage until that storage is cleared. A session identifier is renewed after inactivity. Google Analytics uses cookies and sends page and interaction information to Google. Avoid including personal information in URLs or campaign parameters.
Questions and submitted information
Contact omar@neurascale.org to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion. Retention can differ across the website’s storage and delivery providers. This page does not promise a fixed retention period, immediate deletion across every provider, or a security certification.
