Fixed price · $190 · 48 hours

Broken agent? Fixed in 48 hours, for a fixed price, with a note that tells you why.

n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, a custom Node or Python agent, a WhatsApp or Telegram bot. It ran for months and now it does not. You get the diagnosis, the fix, and a written root cause note within 48 hours of granting access. No discovery call, no hourly meter, no bidding war.

T + 0
Access granted

The clock starts here, not when you pay. Read-only logs are enough to start.

T + a few hours
Root cause found

You get told what broke and why before any change is made, in plain language.

Within 48 h
Fixed, or quoted

The fix lands and the note is written. If it needs more than 3 hours, you get a quote before anything continues.

Casebook

Five failures that account for most of them.

Agents on this stack rarely break creatively. Something expired, something was renamed, a permission moved, or a limit was hit without a retry. The diagnosis usually starts here.

oauth
The workflow ran fine for months, then every run fails at the same node.
An OAuth credential expired or was revoked. Refresh tokens do not live forever, and nothing tells you.
model
The AI node returns a 404 or an empty answer since some morning nobody can name.
The model name was renamed or retired by the provider. The workflow still points at the old identifier.
rls
Reads work, writes silently do nothing, and no error reaches the log.
A Supabase row level security policy is blocking the call, or the request is using the anon key where it needs the service role.
webhook
The bot stopped answering right after an upgrade, and the test button still works.
The webhook path or registration changed on upgrade. The provider is calling the old URL and getting a 404.
429
It works at 10 a.m. and fails at 2 p.m., every day.
A rate limit with no retry and no backoff. The workflow treats a 429 as a permanent failure and drops the job.

These are failure patterns, not customer stories. Real rescues get anonymised root causes added here once there are enough of them to be useful.

Three ways to buy it

One incident, one instance, or every month.

Start here
Rescue
$190fixed, per incident
about EUR 175
48 hours from access granted

One broken workflow or agent, diagnosed and fixed, with a written note that says what actually went wrong.

  • Diagnosis of the failing workflow or agent
  • The fix, up to 3 hours of work
  • A root cause note: what broke, why, what changed, what to watch
  • One preventive change: error workflow, retry, failure alerting, or a token rotation note
Hardening
$490fixed, one instance
about EUR 450 (proposed)
5 working days (proposed)

The rescue, plus the work that stops the next 3 a.m. failure from being a surprise.

  • Everything in Rescue
  • Error handling on every workflow in the instance
  • Credential audit: what is stored, what expires, what is over-scoped
  • Backup export of your workflows to a Git repo you own
  • Monitoring: heartbeat plus failure alerts to Telegram or Slack
  • A runbook your team can follow without me
Retainer
$190per month
priority response within 24 hours on working days

For instances that carry real traffic and cannot wait in a queue.

  • Monthly health check on the instance
  • 2 hours of fixes included each month
  • A reply within 24 hours on working days
  • Cancel any month
Not included

What this is not.

  • Building a new agent from scratch (that is a scoped build, quoted separately)
  • Migrating between platforms, for example Make to n8n
  • 24/7 on-call
  • Anything that cannot start with read-only access

Any of those can be quoted separately. They are just not what a fixed 48-hour price can honestly cover.

The written terms

The rules, before you send anything.

  1. The 48-hour clock starts when access is granted, not when you pay.
  2. Rescue covers up to 3 hours of work. If the fix needs more, you get a quote before anything continues, and the $190 still buys the diagnosis and the written note.
  3. Refund policy: if there is no diagnosis within 48 hours of access, full refund. Once the note is delivered, the work is done and the fee stands.
  4. Best effort on platforms I do not control. Third-party APIs, model providers and hosting can change under both of us. You keep your own backups; the Hardening tier sets that up.
  5. Rescue is paid upfront once scope is confirmed, by Wise or bank transfer. There is no card checkout link on this offer yet, so nobody is sent to one.
  6. Hardening terms are proposed, not settled: 5 working days, and 50% to start with 50% on delivery, invoiced. They are confirmed with you before the work is booked, and they may change.
  7. Everything is billed in USD. The EUR figures beside the prices are indicative and are not a quote.
Why me for this stack

The same stack, in production, every day.

This is not a support desk that learned n8n for the listing. It is the stack behind the products on this site.

  • Supabase in production: 12 pull requests and 12 Postgres migrations shipped in 48 hours on our own retail platform, additive only, zero data loss. RLS and service-role failures are familiar ground.
  • LLM systems with a quality gate in CI, backed by llm-eval-ci, our open-source evaluation tool. Model renames and silent output drift are the failure class it exists for.
  • Telegram and WhatsApp bots running unattended against real users, which is where webhook registration, session state and token expiry stop being theory.

Why this page exists

On 6 September 2026, a read of Freelancer's public project API returned 883 live posts for the query "ai agent automation n8n", and one of them, a single unresponsive agent on n8n with Supabase and OpenAI, had drawn 198 bids. That is a lot of people willing to compete on price for a job whose scope nobody has established yet. This page is the opposite trade: one price, one clock, one written answer about what actually broke.

FAQ

Before you send it.

Read-only first: the execution log or error text, and the workflow export if you have it. For the fix itself, a member invite or a temporary account on the platform, plus whatever the failing node talks to. Credentials come through a one-time link, never over email or chat, and access is revoked when the job is done. The note lists everything that was accessed.
Intake

Tell me what broke.

Nine questions, most of them one click. You get back scope, the access checklist and the payment method, usually within a day. The 48-hour clock starts when access is granted, not when you send this.

I never ask for your API keys. Not in this form, not in email, not on a call. Read-only access first, then a temporary member account you delete when the job is done. If a credential genuinely has to move it goes through a one-time link that expires after one read, and the root-cause note lists everything that was touched.

Pick the closest. If it spans two, pick where the failure shows.

Self-hosted means you control the server or the container.

What it used to do, and what it does now instead.

Rough is fine. "Last Tuesday" is a useful answer.

This sets the order I work in, not the price.

Remove API keys and tokens before pasting. Anything else is useful.

How can you give access? *

Read-only first is fine. Pick everything you could do today.

Where the root-cause note and the access checklist go.

Only used if the email thread stalls.

Never put an API key, a password, a token or a service-role key in this form. Credentials move later, through a one-time link, after you have read the terms above. You get back scope, the access checklist and the payment method. The 48-hour clock starts when access is granted, not when this is sent.

Stop paying for the guess. Pay for the answer.
