Not legal or tax advice. This is technical setup. The practice stays the advisor. We are not a certified platform or a network access point, and we never transmit anything to a tax authority on your client's behalf.

EUR 290 per client

You keep the client. We do the plumbing.

Your clients move from a spreadsheet, a template, a shop or Odoo to validated e-invoices, one client at a time, at a fixed fee per client, with the validation report attached to every document. Nobody has to change the tool they work in.

Before you decide anything

Send one invoice. Get back the validated document.

Pick one client, with that client's agreement, and send one real invoice in whatever shape it exists today: a spreadsheet row, a template, an export. You get back the same invoice as an XRechnung or Factur-X that passes the published rule sets, in the profile that client's recipient needs, with the validation report beside it. No charge, no obligation, and nothing is stored beyond the work.

How it is done today, plainly: by hand, by us, within one working day. The validator and generator that will make this an endpoint are being built and are not open yet. That changes nothing about what you get back, and we would rather tell you than let you picture a pipeline that does not exist.

The dates, with the thresholds

One of these is already live, and it is the one practices miss.

A threshold is part of a date. Germany from 1 January 2027 is turnover above EUR 800,000, which is not most of a practice's client list. Meanwhile receiving has been mandatory in Germany since January 2025 and in France since September 2026, for everyone.

Germany
Live now
since 1 January 2025

Receiving an e-invoice has been mandatory for all German businesses since 1 January 2025. A plain PDF is not an e-invoice under the rules; it counts as another kind of invoice.

Germany
Next
1 January 2027

Issuing becomes mandatory for businesses with turnover above EUR 800,000. The threshold is part of the date: most of a practice's client list is not in this wave.

Germany
Then
1 January 2028

Issuing becomes mandatory for everyone else, whatever the turnover.

France
Live now
since 1 September 2026

Reception has been mandatory for all companies since 1 September 2026, which is why there is a live problem today and not only a plan for next year. The accepted formats are UBL 2.1, CII and Factur-X.

France
Next
1 September 2027

Issuing reaches small and medium companies. Transmission goes through a registered platform, which the client contracts with directly.

Per client, fixed

Priced per client, because that is how the work arrives.

Starts here
Client onboarding, standard
EUR 290per client
three test invoices accepted before it is called done

Whatever the client invoices with today, mapped once and turned into an XRechnung or Factur-X that passes the published rule sets, with the validation report attached.

  • Intake of the client's invoice data source: a spreadsheet, a document template, a shop, or a small tool
  • Mapping to a canonical invoice structure, field by field against the EN 16931 business terms
  • Generation of XRechnung or Factur-X in the profile the recipient asks for
  • A validation report for every document, with the rule id on any failure
  • Three test invoices accepted by the practice's own tool or by the client's platform provider
  • A 30 minute handover to whoever raises the invoices
Client onboarding, Odoo
EUR 590per client

Same outcome for a client already on Odoo Community, where the work is configuration and a bridge rather than a mapping from a spreadsheet.

  • Everything in the standard onboarding
  • The built-in EN 16931 export configured where the version has one
  • A read-only bridge that pulls posted customer invoices and credit notes where it does not
  • VAT breakdown, discounts and credit notes checked against real posted documents, not fixtures
  • The reception side mapped so incoming e-invoices land somewhere the client can find
Practice bundle
EUR 1,900first ten clients

For a practice that would rather run this as a service of its own. The first ten clients, plus the material your staff need to run the eleventh without us.

  • Ten standard client onboardings
  • A practice playbook: the intake form, the checklists, and the three questions to ask every client
  • Client-facing email templates for your practice to send, in your language, after a native review
  • A named contact for the questions your staff hit in the first month
Each client after the first ten on a practice bundle
EUR 190 per client

NeuraScale invoices the practice, or the client where the practice prefers that, in euro by bank transfer or Wise, with reverse charge VAT where it applies. There is no card checkout on this offer.

The intake, in three questions

Ask a client these three and you can price the work yourself.

They are the first page of the practice playbook, and they are here rather than behind a form because a practice that can answer them for its own client list does not need us to scope anything.

01

How do you invoice today?

A spreadsheet, a document template, a shop, a small tool, or a practice suite. This decides which mapping the client needs and it is the only question that changes the price.

02

Who receives your invoices?

Public bodies, large companies, or other small businesses. The recipient decides which profile the document has to be in, and getting that wrong is the most common reason a first e-invoice is rejected.

03

Do you already have a platform or a network identifier?

Many clients do and do not know it, because the practice suite or the shop signed them up. If they do not, they need one, and they contract with that provider directly rather than through us.

Not in scope

Said out loud, so you do not assume it.

  • Acting as a certified platform or a Peppol access point. We are not one and will not become one.
  • Tax advice. The practice stays the advisor.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Integration into your practice suite beyond a file drop.
  • Custom ERP development, which is quoted separately as a build.
  • The Polish and Greek national formats, which need a local partner.
Designed, not open

The receiving mailbox is not on sale yet, and has no price on this page.

A mailbox per client that accepts incoming e-invoices, validates them, extracts the data and files a readable rendering into your folder is designed and is the obvious recurring line. It is also the part with the most compliance weight, and it is not running. So it carries no price here and nothing on this page sells it. If it is the reason you would talk to us at all, say so on the intake and you get a date or a no, not a maybe.

FAQ

What a practice asks in the first ten minutes.

No, and that is the whole point of the offer. The bridge sits beside what the client already uses. A client on a spreadsheet keeps the spreadsheet, a client on a shop keeps the shop, a client on Odoo Community keeps Odoo. If moving them to a new product is the right answer, we will say so, but it is not what this is.
Intake

Ten questions, and the free sample if you want it.

Nothing is charged from this form and no client data belongs in it. You get back what the next wave means for your own client list, a price for the shapes your clients actually invoice with, and the details for sending one invoice through free of charge.

In Germany the 1 January 2027 wave is turnover above EUR 800,000 only. In France, reception already applies to every company.

What do those clients invoice with today *

Pick everything that appears in your client list. This is what decides the mapping, and it is the only thing that changes the price.

We do not sell against your suite and we do not replace it. This tells us what shape the handover file has to be in.

Send one real invoice from one client, with the client's agreement, and you get back the validated document in the profile that client needs. No charge, no obligation.

No client names, no invoices and no credentials in this form. A written processing agreement comes before any real document, not after. Not legal or tax advice.

Prefer email? omar@neurascale.org or +20 150 047 7334. Egypt, remote, GMT+2, which covers a European working day.

Next step

One invoice, one working day, no charge.

Send one real client invoice in whatever shape it exists today and get back the validated XRechnung or Factur-X. Then decide whether EUR 290 a client is worth it. Not legal or tax advice.
