Patients book while you work.

Online booking installed on the site you already have, in the language your patients speak, live within 48 hours of a 10 minute call. No commission, no fee per booking, and no marketplace listing you share with the practice down the street.

The demo is a fictional practice and says so at the top of its own page. It runs in German, English, Dutch, French and Arabic, and it is the same thing a real practice gets.

Measured, 6 September 2026

146 of 334 practices had no way to book online.

We pulled every named service business with a website in seven districts from OpenStreetMap, then fetched each site and looked for a booking vendor script or a booking call to action anywhere on the page. 44 percent had neither.

Method: business list from OpenStreetMap through the Overpass API, then one fetch of each business's own website on 6 September 2026. "No online booking" means no Doctolib, Jameda, Treatwell, Fresha, Booksy, Calendly, Cal.com or Zocdoc script and no booking call to action found on the page. Counts move as sites change.

The 48 hours

Thirty minutes of your time, start to finish.

We build and connect it

Your booking page, the button on your existing site, the confirmation email, the reminders, and the calendar file that lands in your own calendar.

Within 48 hours
Handover, 20 minutes

You take a test booking, cancel it, move it, and see how the owner screen works. Then it is live and it is yours.

Language

The page is delivered in your patients' language, not in English with a translate button.

German, Dutch, French, English, and Arabic with a right to left layout where it is wanted. You pick the languages on the intake and the delivered booking page, the confirmation email and the reminders are all written in them. This page is in English because it is the page you are reading; the product your patients see is not.

Against the platforms

The difference is who the page belongs to.

Doctolib, Jameda, Treatwell, Fresha and Booksy each take either a monthly platform fee or a commission on new clients, and they put your practice on a page with your competitors.

A booking platform
This install
A monthly platform fee in the EUR 100 to 150 range, or a commission on every new client.
EUR 290 once, then EUR 19 a month. No commission and no fee per booking, at any volume.
Your practice listed on a marketplace, next to your competitors, who are one tap away.
Your own domain, your own brand. Nobody else is on the page.
A generic booking flow in the platform's language and the platform's design.
Your patients' language, your services, your durations, your buffer rules.
You configure it yourself, in an admin panel you have to learn.
Someone else sets it up from a 10 minute call, and hands it over in 20 minutes.

One measured data point on the incumbents, since the rest of this is our opinion: a read of the 1,200 most recent Booksy Biz reviews in the United States on 6 September 2026 found 27 percent at two stars or lower, led by booking and calendar problems (141 mentions), support (60), and fees or payouts (55).

Not in version 1

Said out loud, so you do not assume it.

  • Card payments and deposits
  • Practice management or medical record integration
  • Waiting lists
  • Multiple locations
  • Phone answering

If one of those is the reason you want online booking at all, say so on the intake. You get a straight answer about whether this is the wrong tool for you.

Data and compliance

A booking tool, not a medical record system.

Booking data for a medical practice can be health adjacent, because the service someone picks says something about them. So the fields stay minimal, there is no free text symptom box by default, hosting is in the EU, and every practice gets a data processing agreement before the first real booking. Reminders tied to an appointment you made are transactional rather than marketing, and they still carry an opt out line. This page is not legal advice.

FAQ

The questions that come up on the call.

Nothing changes about the phone. The booking page catches the people who cannot call: the ones deciding at 22:00, the ones who do not want to interrupt a receptionist, the ones who would rather not explain themselves out loud. Every practice that installs this keeps the phone exactly as it is.
Intake

Eight questions, then a demo built around your services.

Nothing is charged and nothing is installed from this form. You get back a link to a demo with your own services in it, the written scope, and a time for the 10 minute call.

If you do not know, pick that. It is a normal answer and it changes nothing.

Which languages should patients be able to book in? *

Pick every one you would use. The booking page is delivered in the language you choose, not in English with a translate button.

The number to call you back on. Used for this conversation and nothing else.

Where the demo link and the written scope go.

No card details and no passwords in this form, ever. You get back a demo link with your own services in it, the written scope, and a time for the 10 minute call. The 48 hours start at that call, not here.
