You pay nothing for the attempt. If you want a rebuild instead, the fee comes off the rebuild price. The worst case is that you learn exactly what is wrong with your domain and it cost you nothing.

Do you need my passwords?

For most fixes yes, at the hosting panel or the registrar. Send them over WhatsApp or a one time link, we use them, we delete them, and you change them afterwards. The written note lists everything that was accessed and everything that was changed.

My site is not down, it just looks old.

Someone else is on my domain. Can you get it back?

We can tell you the registrar, the registration status and what is actually recoverable, and walk you through the registrar's own process. We do not contact whoever is on your domain, and we do not file disputes for you. If it needs a lawyer, we say so.

Your business is listed publicly with a website address, and that address does not work. We check the address, not you. If you would rather not hear from us again, say so once and that is the end of it.

Evidence first

We do not cold call you with a guess.

Everyone who has ever been told their website is broken has also been told it by someone selling a rebuild. So the order here is fixed: the check, then the picture, then the price.

We check from two places, not one

Your domain is fetched from two independent locations and the exact result is recorded: the HTTP status, the address it ends on after every redirect, and the certificate error text if there is one. A single failed check can be a local problem. Two is a fact.

You get the screenshot before the price

A picture of what a visitor sees on your domain right now, on a phone and on a desktop. You can check it yourself from your own phone in ten seconds. That is the whole opening.

Only then do we quote

One fixed price for the work the evidence actually points at. If the screenshot shows your site is fine, we say so and we stop. There is no follow up and no list to be added to.

If it cannot be fixed, you pay nothing

If the problem turns out not to be fixable, for example the domain has been registered by someone else, the attempt is free. The fee becomes credit against a rebuild if you want one.

We only look from the outside. No login, no probing, and no contact with whoever is on your domain.

Redirect removal on a WordPress install is limited to injected redirects and plugin cleanup. A deeper compromise is a rebuild, and you get told which one it is before you pay anything.
